Terms of Service
āThe artistā refers to sealbatross.āThe customerā refers to the receiver of the commission.āThe imageā refers to the commissioned product of this invoice.
PAYMENTAll commissions must be paid in full upfront.The customer may not request a refund from the artist after payment is received.The artist may cancel and refund the customer at any time (I.e. Unable to complete the image).PROCESSWork in progress will be given if the customer personally asks for it or if the artist needs clarification.Changes requested by the customer may require extra charges upon the artistās discretion.The image will be sent digitally to the customer approximately 1 month after full payment has been received by the artist. If the customer has multiple orders, expect 1 month of time allotted per order. For delays and extenuating circumstances, the artist will notify the customer as soon as possible.USAGEThe customer may print the final image for personal use (i.e. for themselves)The customer may use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The artist reserves rights to their work and may use the image in self-promotion (i.e. posting online, portfolio).COPYRIGHTThe customer may not sell the image to third parties (i.e. make prints or merchandise, or resell the image for money).The customer may not modify the image without consent from the artist.The customer may not claim the image as their creation.For more information contact the artist through DM @sealbatross on Tumblr, or email [email protected].
